Ms. Caryn Clements is the Senior Mortgage Lending Officer in Kansas City for The Private Bank with over 18 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.  Their main branch is on the Country Club Plaza with mortgage offices in Leawood.  The Private Bank caters to the "riche niche" according to the Kansas City Business Journal, and targets small businesses, entrepreneurs, and the wealthy as it's clientele.

In January of 2007 Thomas was elected by the membership of the Kansas City Data Service to serve a three year term as a Board Member.  KC Data is the most widely utilized property data service designed specifically for, and utilized solely by, Kansas City area appraisers.  The data service is utilized by approximately three hundred area appraisers.   

In February of 2007 Thomas was recruited by the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board to serve as a contract Appraisal Reviewer.  The state panel of select reviewers is charged with reviewing appraisals for both licensing experience and professional complaints.  In both review types the appraisal is analyzed for compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
